About Us
Willie Alexander - President
Willie Alexander is President of AIRSS, Inc. Since starting the company in 2002 his focus has been on facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and individuals for improved results. Prior to starting AIRSS, Inc., Willie was employed with Johnson and Johnson where he held supervisory, mid management and high-level positions in both Operations and Human Resources.
Willie is passionate about developing teams and individuals to their full potential. Having participated on and having developed numerous high-performing and championship teams, he understands the elements, importance, and rewards for building high-performing teams. Willie is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management. In both his junior and senior years at Dallas Baptist University, he was nominated and elected to “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.”
Phillis Alexander- Vice President of Operations
Phillis joined AIRSS, Inc. part-time in 2008 and on a full-time basis in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she had over 24 years’ experience in various industries including manufacturing, publishing, and oil and gas. A career human resources professional, she is a certified facilitator and trainer, and possesses the ability to manage, coach and direct teams. In addition to facilitating in the workplace, she has been invited to speak at many women’s conventions for church and within the community.
She brings expertise and knowledge to developing curriculums and facilitating workshops, as well as extensive experience in interviewing and working well with people. Her exceptional organizational skills, as well as her ability to work equally effectively with both people and projects, have been instrumental in strengthening the AIRSS, Inc. organization. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is actively involved in the Women’s Business Center of Northern Alabama. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals and was recently inducted into the Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
